I 485 reapply

My employer has withdrawn my I 140 and I 485 application.

So i did a h1b transfer to a new company (with which i already have pre approved labor and I 140 application).My I 140 is still not approved with my new employer.

Is it ok If I apply I 485 application with new company right away.The dates are current right now.

I request you to please let me know.

--------------------Employer can only withdraw the I-140 or cancel/Revoke the I-140.
Employer cannot withdraw or cancel YOUR I-485. I-485 belongs to you. Did you sign any letter to withdraw your I-485??
Was your I-140 Approved? wasI-485 was pending more than 180 days??

---------------------Yes you can and wite your A# on every Form in furture (your A# is on I-485 filing reciept) . but why to file new I-485 if I-485 is Pending? you can send the new I-140 filing reciept copy to USCIS and can make a request to approve the pending I-485 to be approved on the base of new I-140. I dont think your Employer has withdrawn Your I-485
