What number I need to put in this question ?

This is question for my wife and daughter, who came on H4 visa, which was issued in London, UK.
Since then, they have not left the country but there H4 has been renewed thrice.

Should I put a red color number written on visa (8 digit) or receipt notice number on last H4 renewal or control number (14 digit) ?

Please help.
