I-485 Medical Exam Question

I\'m a US citizen and getting married in Late May and will be filing I-485 for my wife to be. We have to submit the Medical Exam report along with I-485 per local INS requirement. Would it be OK if we do the medical before the wedding date and submit everthing right after the wedding? Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
