I 485 Form & Visa details(abroad or recent) in Part 3

Hi Friends,

Which visa details should I give in Part 3 of I485, (1)Visa which I got from abroad 3 years ago OR (2)the recent one(got last year from St. Louis)?

Actually instruction on I485 is something like "visa obtained from abroad within the last year......" So I am confused as which visa details should I give in the form??
