I-485 for spouse

Does anybody have a cover letter and a list of documents needed for filing spouse's I-485 & I-765 with own I-485 pending for over 9 months?

Is an Alien Registration or Social Security number required for filing the above petitions?

I hope you want to file your spouse I-485 that shoud be attached with your pending I-485 . if that is true then
I-485 form, Birth certificate, 2 Photograps, USCIS fees+ Fingerprinting fees, copy of spouse I-94 ( front and back) Medicals, copy of marriage certificate AND YOUR I-485 filing reciept copy, if file for EAD AP with I-485 dont forget to send color copy of spouse first page of Passport that has name DOB and photo and color copy of spouse driving licence or state ID and fill diffrent forms, photo, feess

Form I-824?

Thanks for the previous post.

Do I need to submit Form I-824 as well? What do I put in Application type (Part 2)? I am assuming that I need to put my information on the form as a sponsor?
