I-485 denied, does it effect validation of rentry permit

My I-485 was denied, because I have not received a letter for my fingerprint appointment and beacause if it missed it.

I have a rentry permit Form I-571 that is valid till July 2007.
Do you think I will have a problem to return back to USA?

I believe you would have a problem. If I-485 is denied then all benefits that are based on it are denied. I wouldn't travel until you can get your case re-opened.

You may want to read the denial letter again for every word.

For such an easy question it is unnecessary to contact a professional. The AP has become invalid after I-485 got denied. You do not know how the denial letter is worded, do you?

---------------- I think you are in US. Dont go out of US. I have read 3-4 cases of I-485 deniel due to not going for fingerfrinting as they never got FP notice. you may have changed address after filing I-485 and may have not updated USCIS or fingerprinting notice may have lost in the mail. go to good lawyer submit affidevit that you did not recived any fingerprinting notice and you are ready to go for fingerprinting any date. let the good lawyer handle it. dont go out of US at this time. keeping posting here will not work. find good lawyer ASAP.

No difference but you should consider the MTR and new I-485 ASAP. Sorry, I cannot tell you more. The crazy web administrator does not want me to answer your question.
