I-485 Cases Transferred from CSC to TSC Tracker

PD current.

Hi Balumaran,

Incidentally, I never got an email like the one you got. All my emails are identical - and they said - "After approving your *** on May 25th, new cards have been ordered....if you dont receive them before ***...give us a call...etc.."

Should I have got an email like the one you got ?

Also, somebody (sodo?) had asked what the LUD changes were on the 25th and 26th....unfortunately....LUD was something I never understood how to check - so the answer is I dont know...sorry..

Buckleup thanks for the response. I never got an email stating ordering a card. So i guess i may need to wait for couple more weeks to see that. I guess you shouldnt be worried about not getting the other email like mine. Tomorrow i am going to check with my lawyer about the next steps. Probably get an appointment in the local INS office to get the stamping in my passport to make sure that i am moved to the green card status.

I just received emails saying me and my wifes 485 has been approved.


I wish every one of you get approvals on your pending cases

i am really happy that my 6 year wait has finally come to an end!!!!

Thanks to Almighty GOD, I guess I am finally done.
I have received email notification of 485 approval for my wife and mine. It took exactly 6 months and 2 weeks for the whole process. TSC was awsome.

Applied in EB1-OR on 11/15/05, RD 11/17/05- for all.
Received EAD, AP- don't remember the dates.
Concurrent filling>yes.
CSC>TSC 3/22/06
140 AD-05/19/06
LUD on 140-05/19/06, 05/22/06, 05/23/06
LUD on 485- 5/22/06, 5/30/06, 5/31/06
485 AD-5/31/06.

Q1. I was wondering how many days it will take to received the cards?

Q2. My H1 visa will expire on July 14, 2006 (this is 5th year). Do I need to file for an extension if I don't receive the cards in hands by then?

My PD is August 2002

I had one LUD change on my I485 on May 22nd

on my wife's 485 there was a RFE on May 26th , but even this case got approved today along with mine

I dont know as we did not receive the rfe in the mail yet! so i was wondering how they changed their mind and gave the approval on my wife's 485

:confused:

Anyway i was releived to see the approval on my wife's case also
