I would like to know which of the following process is faster, better and efficient

• Application of I-485 using approved I-140 (EB2, current now, I-140 approved)
• Application of I-485 using diversity visa (Case number will be current in July)

The DV-based process should be faster because there's a pressure to complete it by September 30th.

It is good to put this quation on...............( DV2010 AOS) some people has same case with yours and check how long it take them
the process ...........Some times it depend with your field office.............and you can file around first of June and you will have four month to go

The lottery option (assuming you already know you've won a spot) has an advantage in that it does not depend on you having employment or an offer of employment. Whereas a layoff could screw up the employment-based case, if you don't get another AC21-compliant job or job offer.
