Hi Guys,

My and my wife's I-485 has been approved on Dec 8, 2004. :)
Thanks for this forum, it gives lot of information and help.

Labor: RD:05/2003 AD: 07/2003
I-140: August26, 2003 AD:Nov 2, 2004

EAD: 02/05/2004 AD: 06/03/2004
Parole: 02/05/2004 AD: 06/08/2004
Finger print:09/03/2004

I-485: 02/05/2004 AD: 12/08/2004
(RFE: Employment verification, W2 forms, 2 months pay stubs for me and DOB certificates for my wife on 09/20/2004. Response date 10/15/2004.).

I wolud like to ask oen question, after getting approval notice, do we need to go stamping or do we get a card. What is the latest information u have.
If it is for stamping can u go directly to INS offie or need any appointment(Through Info pass). It will be appriciated if you give me the information.

Congratulation. What was the RFE on DOB certificate about? How did you respond?

In the various forums, near the bottom of the page there is a "New Thread" button -- use that. You have to be logged on, but you've figured that out since you were able to post a message in this thread... :).

Congrats! To the best of my knowledge(I m not an attorney) you need to get your passport stamped and for that you need to take an appointment using Infopass. Enjoy!

I gave response for DOB, by sending three kinds of documents.
1. Tenth school certificate
2. DOB certificate from Birth and deaths certificate dept(Govt. AP, India)
3. Passport photo copy(first 5 pages)
