My GC journey is exactly same as yours...July 2002 labor ND, Jan 2003 labor approval. FP1 done in Feb 2004. Only thing I am not sure is the name check nonsense. Hope to see the end, but my flight is on Nov19th. If they approve they should before end of this month or else I will be in trouble again?

USCIS means trouble I guess.
