I am also trying to apply H1 transfer, but my lawyer says that there may be some issue..
because of H1 transfer from A(company applied 140/labour)
to B worked for some time
and joining C on EAD

now I am planning to work on H1, so applying
H1 transfer from B to C

sorry for confusion.....pl. suggest
