I-485 approved. 6 Year wait for GC is over

our cases were approved on 20th Feb 2004.
PD - March 10, 1998 ( Regular Labor, Florida)
I 485 ND - May 14, 2001
RFE was issued on Dec 12 th for My wife, reg. Medical.
RFE response sent on 01/30/2004.
Online status did not change to RFE received. Changed Directly to Approved status.

I don't know how to send private messages. When we filed our I-485, My wife could not get all the vaccinations, as we just had a baby at that time. So the REF is to redo the medical. We had to redo all the tests like the first time. Hope that helps!
