I-485 appointment letter? Used AC21 and sent letter 1 month back

Hi Guys,
I used AC21 few months back and sent the letter thro' my new employer about my change of employment (using AC21). Also changed my attorney.
BTW: My I140 got approved long back and have valid EAD. PD is not current.
My old attorney received a letter from USCIS, for the I485 appointment for me and my wife in june. Is it normal? What is this. Since my PD is not going to be current then is it something I need to worry about? Is it denial or interview. Anybody got this type of letter. Pls help

----------- That is ok, I have read that they want to complete the premilary I-485 process and will issue approval once visa# for you is available, attend the interview, take recent letter of employer to use AC21 (as the letter is sent to past lawyer I suspect USCIS may not have attached it to your file), 3-4 recent pay stubs, I-94, passports, Tax papers, 2 photographs, driving license (you and your spouse) marriage certificate, birth certificate (make copy of tax papers, marriage certificate, 3 pay stubs, they see the original and keep the copy)
What is this. Since my PD is not going to be current then is it something I need to worry about? Is it denial or interview.

Anybody got this type of letter. Pls help
--------------- i have read that many may get RFE or Interview even if PD is not current and one should reply to RFE and attend interview.

received the letter and found that my old attorney misinformed me. What a ...
It is the bio metric appointment for 485. Once again we have to give the biometric. what is this a joke keep wasting time on these bio and fingerprinting and nothing happens. sick of this process
