I-485 and valid AP and out of country limit

I am on AOS status as a dependent. The principal applicant (Spouse) left to India almost 6 months back.

1) If my spouse did not return back to USA with in 180 days will both of us I-485 goes to a denial status immediately? How long a person can stay out of country with a valid AP?

2) I am working using my EAD. Will I have any immediate status issues because of the principal applicant is out of country since 6 months.

---------------------- one can be out of US more than 180 days with AP. where did you read the 180 days rule of AP? one must be back Before AP gets expired.

If He gets FP notice then you also get FP notice and he should be back for FP. renew your EAD on time. EAD, AP are based on pending I-485

What is the PD of your spouse?(Lc filing date)
is he EB3 or EB2?

Until it expires. Even if it's more than 180 days.
