When wife is on H1B and husband is also on H1b, and wife applies for Green card with I-140 and I485, is affidavit of support needed? The husband is on a separate H1b, he earns money. But still he applies for adjustment of status through the wife. Is affidavit of support needed in this case?

Does the EB I-485 principal need to provide an affidavit of support additionally to support the spouse, the derivative case? Answering “yes” proves the poster wrong again.
