I 485 - Advice needed

Dear Friends,

I filed for I 485 in Dec 2004. My case is EB2, India with priority date May 2003. I have been fingerprinted in Jul 2005 (Code 3). My LUD changed very next day after FP. Since then I received no communication from USCIS. I called TSC several times, but no luck to find out anything. I assumed that I am not getting any communication because my PD is not current.

Now, I received another FP appointment on May 5, 2007 (Code 1). However, there is no LUD even after 2 weeks. My PD becomes current in June 07. Does that mean I will hear from USCIS in next month?

I also read about Name Check on this forum. How do I find out if my case is stuck in Name check? Can someone please advise.

you PD becomes current in June 07 ,wait they are not going to approve on 7th or 8th June
