Hi Everyone,
I filed my I-485 on Feb 20, 2004. I-140 is clear and I-485 pending more than a year one. Just recently got a letter from USCIS to come for Adjustment of Status for me and my wife. We went there and the immigration officer after looking at our case said all paper work. However he did not approve it reason being as per the visa bulletin for March 2005 for emplyment based Green card the priority date for Indian is 01 March 2002.
The officer checked the visa bulletin on immigration.com . I am totally confused at this time and dont know how to proceed further with this. Can anyone of you help and guide me for my correct course of action.
