Good day everybody! Please can you list all the necessary documents needed for the concurrent filling of I140/I485(including EAD/AP) based on the green card thru future employer. Please please. Based on the future employer please guys.
 
All 3 steps have to be done by future employee. That is Labor, 140, 485 and in 485 step it is better to join that future employee at that
time.

You can't do labour with company A and do 140+485 with future
employee B.
If you want to do the above you have to on pay rool of company B.

Any way you will get an RFE the way BCIS is working now a days.

-------You can go to www.immihelp.com and read the documents needed for I-140 and I-485. You can also visit BCIS site and read the instructions for form I-140 and I-485 and what evidence you have to submit. Your lawyer will provide you the the list of documents needed
