I-140 Waiting from 03/20/02

Hi All:

Me and my colleague are waiting for our I-140's to be approved. They have been pending for a while at NSC.

Mine: LIN-02-138-***** from 03/20/02 ---- Waiting for approval to file I-485

Friends: LIN-02-157-***** from April 11, 2002 i guess. His is for Consular Prosseing.

Anyone in the same situation, pl. post.

From my company there are three guys who are waiting for approval for dates 03/19, 03/20 and 03/29.

Filing I-485

Hi:

Good News.. Spoke with our company attorney early today. He wants me to take the Medical, etc to file I-485 immediately under the new rule as my I-140 has been pending for over 4 months.

Nebraska I-140 update posted

Nebraska has posted it's official processing time today and they are currently processing I-140 (EB2) as of 07/01/02 and I-140 (EB3) as of 07/05/02.

Can u please share the website/publication they made the official postings?
 
You were thinking of applying concurrent filing of 1-485. Did u do that. Please post. I am also wainting since 10th April 2002, NIW
 
My receipt date is July 21st, 2002 Still not approved

Mine also not yet approved.

EB2/RIR from Michigan

Seems like lot of EB2 cases are getting delayed........

Today NSC's Official postings show as processing the cases of 9/26th ????? But mine is still pending since July 21st.

Anyone know what is the reason ??

Mine is also pending in NSC since Aug 6th. But the website says that NSC is processing 09/13/02 I 140's.

Mine is EB3 from Illinois.

I called up my company attorney and she says that it is nothing abnormal and she has asked me to wait for couple of weeks
 
I-140

My I-140(EB2/RIR) was filed on May 8th and haven't got approved.

My lawyer called NSC and they said that there are two levels of
I-140 processing (regardless of EB2 or EB3), and Mine is in Level 2

Level 1 is straight forward and Level 2 is slower for quality purpose.

guys is it possible to withdraw our previous 140. and apply fresh...as it looks like the new ones are approved within one month..or can we apply another one at the same center....
did anybody ever do that..
 
RFE details

Hi,
Here are my details.

Filed I-140 under EB2-RIR with ND 07/18/02.

Using the I-140 case receipt, filed I-485 on 08/21/02 (ND).
Gave finger prints on 09/24/02. No EAD or Advance Parole yet.

Received RFE for I-140 from INS.
INS mailed RFE on 10/15/02
Lawyer received notice on 10/24/02
RFE is about employer's ability to pay wages.
Lawyer gets additional financial documents from the company and responds back to the INS.
INS receives our response to RFE on 11/07/02 (yesterday).

Now, anxiously waiting for their final decision. Hope they approve it now.
I will post details once they make a decision.

I 140 rfe response requred

"On November 08, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 180 days. You will receive a written decision on this case."

HEy my case reads like this but does it read the same for other rfes too , why does it say a written decision will be mailed to you does that mean it is rejected
Please somebody reply and let know what it reads for pople who got rfe's and replied
