I 140 RFE issued

Folks,

An RFE on my case was issued on 05/19/04 but is yet to be received by the attorney.

I have a B.Tech degree in Mech Engg from India and the LC required a B.S. in Comp Science, Information Systems or Engineering with 3 years of work experience.

I'm employed with a small company having 18 employees but my actual salary has been more than that specified on the LC.

Wonder what the RFE is all about. I can only pray to God at this time........

I140 RFE received - Ability to pay

The attorney's office received the RFE today and it is with reg to the company's ability to pay.

They have asked me to send them copy of my W2 for 2001, 2002 & 2003 and paystubs from Jan 2004 till now.

They have asked the employer to provide tax returns and financial statements for these years as well.

Keeping my fingers crossed.........
