I-140 Receipt notice time

I have filled I-140 end of june and waiting for the receipt notice so that I can file my I-485. How long does it take to get the notice from nebraska center.

My 140 case was also filed in Vermont end of June. Pls let me know if you already got the receipt notice. I have been waiting to know about it more than 2 weeks so far... And i am not sure whether this wait time is acceptable.

in TSC you typically get receipt in 2 weeks

Its almost 5 weeks I havent heard anything yet about my I-140 Receipt.
Nebraska center. anybody in similar situtaion please let me know.

Those who are waiting for I-140 filing reciept please check with your lawyer who filed I-140 becase lawyer gets I-140 filing reciepts and these company lawyers dont update you if they get reciepts you have to be after then or employer to check with lawyer
