Was your I140 mailed out on 10/5?? Or was it the date that USCIS recieved your application? And did you recieve a email notification or your lawyer?
 
How to track 140 application status?

I am not sure if this is the right place to post my question.

I am trying to find 140 application status but lawyer has refused to share the Application Receipt Number. He claims that file number belongs to employer. Is he correct? If so, is there any other way to track the application status?

I-140 belongs to the employer, but usually the attorneys share the receipt number with the applicant.

Congratulations on your I-140 approval? Could you share the info given on your labor certification form ETA 750 (column 14 and column 15)?

Was your case processed at Nebraska?
 
lawyer sent it out on 10/5

lawyer received the email notice on 10/13 .

I do not need to receive anything.

140 waiting since march 2004

CSC I-140/485 applied March 2004, then no news till now, 140 upgraded to PP october 10 2006, LUD on 10th and 11th, then there is no news so far...anyone in the same boat ...pls reply.

Finally got my I140 approved. My lawyer did several mistakes including sending the old PP form. Hence the delay. Mine was mailed out on 10/2/06. Approved on 10/16. Should have been approved by 10/9. Looks like USCIS is approving cases with 7 days of being mailed. Now onto the last stage of this journey. God only knows when will this end.
 
My I-140 PP got approved today!!!

After a long wait since this June, and only after a few days of premium processing, my I-140 got approved today. It only took 3 business days from the receipt of the I-907 till the approval!!!! THE PREMIUM PROCESSING rules!!! Now I am into the same boat for people waiting for I-485....
 
Copy on I-140 Approval.

Do we (Alien) receive a paper copy of I-140 Approval? Same way as Labor. Does it has original Priority Date of original Labor mentioned on I-140?
 
I-140 Approved af PP

My I-140 was delayed for background check or so.
Then my lawyer converted it to PP on about 10/19 (not sure). I received proved email on 10/24.

Converted to PP on 9/29/2006
Received RFE on ecucational experience skill listed required 10/03/2006
Answered on 10/12/2006
Approved on 10/17/2006 3 business days

I upgraded my I-140 (EB3) on 10/23. LUD on 10/24, 10/25 and nothing after that....

Got approval today.

LUDs: 10/24, 10/25, 10/30 ( approval)

we opted to file i-140 premium processing, being $195 plus $1000 for priority.

Mailed on 10th Oct,

CIS received 16th Oct

CIS notice date 20th Oct, (Notice envelope usps date 24th Oct)

Case approved 24th Oct (per website)

Fees clear our bank 25th Oct

Paper approval arrived 31st Oct (mailed 26th Oct)


I also filed i-485 on 10th October
 
Does only the attorney receive the I-140 approval notice?

Does the employer receive a courtesy copy of the I-140 approval notice from USCIS?

Can anybody kindly answer? Thanks!
