Hello, Can someone help me in with suggestion or experience if there is any issue while immigration when 2-3 days left on your valid visa? Does immigration issue new I-94 or not? Whether immigration allowed you to enter into the country if only 2-3 days of valid visa dates are left? Thanks in advance for your help.
 
no, you can't get RFE details over the phone...

It will reach your lawyers in about 7 days, ask your lawyers to keep an eye on postal mails. My RFE was issued on 08/07 and my lawyers got it yesterday 08/16.

can anybody tell what is happening at nsc. My LUD changed on 7/22/2006 but nothing after that. Is there anyone else who filed around the same time and waiting for approval. It is getting really frustrating now. Does anyone know why aila website is not updated with current processing dates. Any help will be appreciated.

Same here, with this exception :I-140 RD 05/15/06, LUD 7/22/06. Nothing ever since.

I am in the same boat. Here is my info. It seems to me that they start working on April cases at random basis. As we can see the approvals for this week, the RD are either early or late April.

I-140 RD: 04/26/06
I-140 LUD: 04/29/06, 07/22/06
I-140 Receipt: LIN-06-152-XXXX
Concurrent filing: Yes
I140 AD: ???
 
for my case also there is a LUD changed today . and when my employer called on 1-800-357-2099 . the representative told that she is not able to see my case in CSC and might be transferred to Nebraska. not sure what all is going on this .

this is the 4th LUD since I sent my 2nd RFE on Aug'2005

I-140 LUD - 4/1/2006,7/25,7/27,7/31,8/17

Yup. Today got approval emails.

All the week LUD was being changed every day.

RFE was about to provide financial info. We sent my W2's and company's financial docs.
 
Can u pls tell me date when ur RFE was replied by ur lawyer.and after that how much time for approval

RFE got in 3 days after issued. Replied by lower in 2 days. Received by INS in 2 days.
Approval in less than one week.
 
I-140 Approved (8/17), my LUD was 7/22

I got 3 emails from NSC for approval of my I-140 see my details below

Worried

My husband's 140 was received on 3/29/06, and the LUD are 4/12 and 7/22. So far nothing come, no approve, no Ref. We are really worried about it. Is anyone is the same boat? We will ask the lawyer to issue inquiry, but I don't any hope on that. :(
