As we know Sep 30th is the last date for concurrent filing in EB2 category without retrogression, I expect huge jump in number of cases submitted during Sep 2005.

Please share your information like case Received date, notice date. This will help us to track our case progress.

I filed my case on Sep 30th and waiting for receipt notice.

I-140 and 485 filled

Hi, I filled both 140 and 485 on Sep2705 (sent) received date (Sep2805)... I got the receipt copies from my lawyer....I don't know how long I need to wait for AP/EAD/140/485????
 
Could you post when your lawyer received the Receipt notice? Also post your Receipt date & Notice date on it.

Just got an email fron USCIS about a RFE being issued for my case. Hope that its for a minor issue. Lawyer has not yet received the notice. How does NSC send the notice. By regular mail?
 
MY I140/I485 was sent to NSC on Sept 28th. So far no receipt date. But my checks have been cleared as of yesterday. Attorney says receipt information could take as much as 3 weeks.

Thanks to Reddy and the bank Check image project, I was able to look at the check right away online rather than waiting to get the monthly statement.

But I am confused about the receipt date of 10/17 for all forms ( I140/ I1485, I131 & I765) showing with last updated date 10/19. Could it be that they took more than two weeks to open all the applications they have receieved in the last weeks of Septemeber? Anyone in similar situation, Please post your thoughts.

NSC received my I-140 & I-485 by Sep 30th.

Today my checks were cashed. Case # is printed on the back of the check. Checked online case status. It has received date of October 18th.

I expect all cases filed by last week of Sep to get their receipt notice next week.

Got my LIN #s

Hi all,

I wanted to update all of you with my EB2-concurrent filing that was done on 09/29/2005 at NSC. I got my receipts on 10/20/2005 from my attorney with receipt and notice dates of 09/29/2005 and 10/13/2005.

But when I have checked my case status on USCIS.gov, it was showing receipt date as 10/13/2005. Are there anyone with different online RD than hard copy RD.

I-140 RFE, EAD approved, AP - approved

My reciept dates on all documents is Spet'19, 2005. Here are my updates:
1) I got my finger printing notice on 10/19, scheduling appointment at local INS office on Nov 27th
2) My EAD is approved on 10/20
3) My AP is approved ion 10/21
4) I got an RFE on I-140 on 10/04 . Not sure what is it about. My lawyer got the notice and Iam talking to him today evening. Will give an update after that. Hopefully it should be a minor issue.

Similar to your RD/ND, the hardcopy receipt shows RD 09/29 and ND 10/12 but the message online says the application was received on 10/12.......

According to online case status it is approved and approval notice was mailed on Nov 1st. It says it may take 14 days to receive it. So I am waiting for hard copy.

As guys said in previous post, my receipt date on online shows as Oct 18th, but on receipt notice hardcopy it says Sep 30th.

Hope everybody gets their 140 approved smoothly.

When I have checked my case status on USCIS website, the current status is being shown as

This case has been approved. On October 31, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Here are my case details are: EB2 (I-140/485 filed cocnurrently)

Qualification : M.C.A and B.Sc. (3yrs.) in Mathematics.
