EAD LUD: 09/27/05 (self,RFE photos received)

Bio metric: code 3- 10/02/2005 (me & wife)

I-485 LUD: 10/4/05 (self)
I-485 LUD: 10/4/05 (wife)

AP LUD: 09/14/05 (wife, approved)
EAD LUD: 09/21/05 (wife, approved)

11/07/05 - calles USCIS and started enqurity on I140 and it
takes one month to get the feedback)


Any one knows why delay on my I140?

I did not receive FP notice till now. Anybody can suggest when I should I expect it?

Reading all the people who are getting approved in outstanding researcher and professor category (EB2) is making me worried about my case. I havenot received anything.

1-140 Processing Time in NSC

Guys I am new this forum, just now heard about my labor approval from BEC. I have following question –

1) When I check Nebraska process posted on USCIS web sites. It looks to me that it is going to 18 months when I should expect I-140 approval. Is that correct ? or processing times show by USCIS are just not correct
2) If I am filing I-140 in Dec 2005, when should I expect approval?
 
the website shows the worst case scenario for older cases..i got mine approved in 2 weeks this month

Any Finger Print notices for cases filed by Sep end?

Guys,
Please post whether any one filed by last week of Sep 05 received Finger print notices.

Anybody have idea when should one expect FP notice?
