Hello All,

My I-140/I-485 got denied on 06/21/09.

- July 2007: Applied I-140/I485 with substitute labor
- May 2008: Denied I-140 and appealed to AAO
- June 21 2009: I-140/I-485 got denied from AAO
- May 2009: I joined US company and got my H1B 8th year extension approved till 04/2010

Is there any chance to appeal to Local Federal Court?
May I know what is my and my family immigration status?
Is still my H1b valid till 2010?'
Is there any other alternatives so that I can be in US without being out of status?

Please someone answer my questions? I really appreciate your valuable suggestions and advice.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you Justdoit, TheRealCanadian

My 140/485 was applied by my previous employer and it got denied.
Right now I am working with multinational company on H1.
Do I need to inform to the present employer about my 140/485 deniel?

----------------I-140 is filed by employer and I-485 is filed by you. what was the reason for I-140 denial ?

---------------------------- you are on H1. you should request them to file new LC for you and then you can inform them that your I-485 got denied.
if new employer is ready to file your LC , I-140 then provide the A# on future I-140 or I-485 forms (your A# is on your I-485 filing reciept).
