I-140 & I-485 denial after filing I-140 Amendment for company name change???

Anybody had experience with I-140 & I-485 denial ???

The reason for denial:

I-140 approved with old company name

Applied I-485 with old company name....

Filed I-140 Amendment for company name change but tax_id same..


I-140 Amendment & approved I-140 with old name given confusion to INS so they revoked old I-140 which in turn I-485 got denied..

Anybody denials got reinstated by INS after sending the letter to INS regarding error ...

Competent attorney should be able to file motion to reopen I-485 without too much difficulty.

but my layer is not doing MTR but he is sending letter to VSC director stating that its service center error


what is the difference between sending letter to VSc and MTR?

MTR is more formal. Either way, I think your attorney is going down the right track.
