I-140/I-485 Applied In March 2005

Both of us had LUD changes with no message change 2 days after our FPs. We had another LUD change with message change (FP results received and processing resumed...). My wife had one more LUD change with no message change on 5/2, and I didn't.

CIS sent FP notices on May, 31, 2005 and we recieved them on 06/02/05. My situation corroborates above finding.

Did you get an e-mail from USCIS when they sent FP notices to you? Does USCIS notify people that they are sending FP notices? Just curious. My wife's case for I-485 got an LUD on June 3 with no update. My case for I-140 and I-485 are without LUD's or updates. All were filed together. Wonder if someone knows the answer.
 
On a random manual scan I saw a case(I-485) filed on March 10 was approved yesterday. If anyone seen/heard of approvals of cases filed in March so far, if so please post the details.

LC: filed 05/16/2002 with EDD, moved to DOL 03/20/2003, approved 01/12/2005
I-140/I-485: filed 03/07/2005, I-140 EB3
FP: 1st biometric FP notice: 03/17/05, appointment 04/07/05, FP code: 3
EAD: filed 03/07/05, approved 04/26/05
AP: filed 03/07/05, approved 04/27/05
I-140: pending on online status as of 06/09/05, NO RFE
I-485: approved on 06/07/05, NO RFE

My lawyer says the I-140 must have been approved but not been updated on online records.

Waiting for the I-485 approval notice to arrive at home address

Can you tell me what is LUD?

Is your receipt# starts like this WAC05106*****. Just want to know as I saw an approval of case with receipt#: WAC05109*****
BTW LUD means Last Update Date.
 
My 485 receipt number also starts with WAC05109*****

My 485 receipt number also starts with WAC05109*****. But no luck.... :(

I got the I-485 approval in mail also today.

My lawyer told me today that she got approval for both I-140 and I-485, i only got I-485 ...2 seperate mails containing same I-485 approval were sent to my home adress.

Also she told me i don't hv to go through stamping. My plastic Green card will arrive witin 120 days as mentioned on the approval

BTW my RN for I-485 is WAC05108XXXXX

I was sent email on 04/18 that on 04/15 review of my FP was done and processing on the case is resumed.

on 06/07 , i received the mail for the approval of the card. on 06/10 again, i received the mail for the approval of the I-485 notice being mailed to me.

The I-140 approval already arrived in mail however the online status is not yet been updated.

March filers please post if you see any update on your case. Let's hope we
have our approvals before July 1st.
 
Not exactly. Immigrant Visa is used when the approval happens(doesn't matter when the cases were filed). Visa office projected that at the current rate of approvals all visas will be used by June end(for the current year). Again only on Oct 1st they will be available and at that time they will decide what would be the cut-off date(priority date). Though CSC says they are processing March 2005 there are lot of cases from previous months still pending.
 
Any LUD between 04/18 and 06/07 on 485.

and do you have any LUD's on 140 before approval.

Not that I am aware of. My I-140/I-485 were filed on 03/07 and I didn't added the reciept number for I-140 to my portfolio until 04/23 and haven't seen any LUD on I-140 at all eversince that time.

I am very excited to see 485 approval notices for me and family in my mail box I read the notice around 10 times and posting it here to share the news. I sincerely hope all of you get the GC ASAP.
I have a question though-
My attorney did not receive the I140 approval yet. Can that be a problem?
I am planning to go to India on June 24. What should I do? The approval letter says I will get card in 120 days. I hope it comes earlier. Though, is there a way I can get my passport stamped? Whats the procedure and what documents would I need?
And I had LUD on I140 and all I485 on 6/10. The approval date is also 6/10. Online message is still showing lud as 6/10 and no message change.

I got my plastic card on 06/13 when my I-485 was approved on 06/06 and I had a similar 120 days time for the card..so hopefully you should also get it in the mail within a week and might not need to go for stamping.
My online status for I-140 is still not updated but my attorney got approval both for I-140 n I-485 simultaneously. Good Luck to you!
