I 140 From Jan 2005 - EB3

Ins online status - nothing at all changed. It still says that your application was recieved .. blah blah about 270-300 days.. no date changes.. not message change.. mine was approved on 05/18.. my lawyer informed me today...

Have you filed in EB3! There is no any change in INS website, it says the same as you said. Thanks for your information. Best wishes
 
No any change since March

My EB-1B case filed late Jan, 2005. Since March, they received our FP, I didn't see any update on our case. Hope to get something soon. Jan guys, please post your information if you hear something about your case.

My I 140 got approved on 06/06. I received the information from my attorney. Thanks for all of you for giving your feed back and informations. Let us meet in the next section under I 485. The sad news is that I cannot apply I 485 now. I have to wait. Anyway let me watch I 485 section as a silent watcher.

first of all heartly congratulations to you. and did u get any lud on 140 before approval i.e, on 06/06. how about your online status? and when did ur attorney got the snail mail? because my 140 got LUD on 06/08. waiting for the result.

My online status LUD has been changed to 06/06/2005. But the text still shows like 'Received your petition on .... takes 270 to 300 days blah blah.
I don't when the attorney received the mail from USCIS. But I received the email with scanned copy of approval from attorney on 06/10/2005. I think you will also get the same information of approval today or by tomorrow. Let us hope for the best. Best wishes.
