Hi Every one

I start a new thread to track the current status of the applicant who applied I 140 only under EB3 category in CSC. Please share your information also.

what is your PD. where did u apply I-140( wheather CSC or not) . if ur PD is 11/18/04. ur labour cleared within 3 months?

we also applied 140 in csc with RD feb 3rd. LUD on my case is 03/29/05. no change in the message.

Oops Sorry gcwait2005. It's typo error. It is 11/18/2003. Are you in EB2 category or from which country you are from! Thanks for notifying the mistake.

I think we don't have one for this group. Can you start one or you can do this in this thread itself. I was planning to do manually to do this in this thread, if more people response with their informations.

Looks like our 485,EAD and AP dates are the same. Do you know why there is a LOD on your I-140? Is this a good news? I am from India too.

that was a good news though. we are eagerly waiting for them (EAD and AP) to be approved. regarding I-140 LUD, we also don't know the reason. by the way i applied 140 one month before 485 i.e, feb 2nd. let us continue our journey...............

Yeah...There was a LUD for 4/18 without message change. Then yesterday, I received an e-mail stating "we ordered you a new card on 4/18". I think they process all the application in bulk (I dont know the size though ;) I am pretty sure yours and SAI's would be in the queue.

I got LUD on my and wife's 485 on 4/18 with message change that FP results are received, but no LUD on my son's 485. The last LUD is 4/7 for him.

Then on the same day(4/18), I got LUD on my EAD without any status change.
Finally yesterday, I got a mail, online status changed for EAD that it is approved on 4/18 (the previous LUD date) and LUD was changed to 4/19.
 
one of our friend applied for 140 and 485 in march and 140 got approved. his attorney told him that it might be because of PD . his labour PD is in 1999.
so we don't know how they are processing

but in CSC i don't think so. what is ur PD by the way. anyway now a days visa date are moving very fast. so don't worry.

Thanks gcwait2005. I too feel the same. Eventhough I 140 is not related to LC priority date, I think INS looks for I 140 also. My date is 11/18/2003, which is far away from the current visa available date :(

today we got a mail from uscis saying that our AP's were approved on 04/20/05. waiting for EAD approval..........

Hi gcwait2005

I checked with my attorney. He says that the PD is only for 485 and not for 140. By the by did you get a chance to know why you got LUD in your I 140

Hi Everyone

My I 140 ND shows 03/01/2005. But LUD shows 03/03/2005. Does anyone know why it has two different dates. does it mean any real LU.

I don't know the reason for LUD. at that time i got a finger print notice but no LUD's on other applications. so no clues at all
