I applied my I-140 in Dec 2005.

RD 21-Dec-2005.

Did any one get approval ??

Please update.

Mine was applied in Dec 14th 2005 and In EB2 categor Nebraska please update here if any one here gets approval.

140 approved

My 140 is approved today. I got an email update from USCIS site this morning. Receipt Date 12/19/2005 and notice date: 12/20/2005.
Mine was applied as EB3 (Nebraska). Waiting for the approval notice copy which may take 7-10 days.
 
there is no real thread that shows the latest approvals. postings are almost everywhere so I have no clue what date the center is processing. Mine is 12/21/05. Please post if there are any approvals.
 
140 approved

My 140 has been approved. Got LUD updated on USCIS. My RD:12/21/05 got approval on 01/19/06 as per USCIS info.

Still waiting on a positive result. It appears to me that those applied after me got approval notice. Why NSC is punishing me?

I just received an e-mail that my I-140 was approved yesterday in Nebraska.

By the way, can somebody tell me what RIR mean? I've seen EB2-RIR and EB2-NonRIR. I have no idea what it's about. Thanks!

Confused.....

I have seen NSC is approving 2006 I-140. Those who have filed in 2005 are stuck???

Is there any pattern NSC is adopting?

My I-140 was filed on Dec 16th 2005 and I am still waiting for the receipt notice. Some people got the approval within 2 weeks.

Guys, I see 2006 approvals which means 2005 will never be reviewed and approved per NSC policy? I don't understand the pattern in which NSC officials process cases. I should've waiting and filed in 2006 for better results. Frustration continues......
