Just filed my I485 on Oct,15. No movement there.

My I140/485 filed date was Nov'03 . There was supposedly a status update on the 485 ( LUD changed), but it says the same thing. There is no change in the I140 statusLUD did not change). What does this mean? I am confused !

If your LUD is 10/27/2004... then , it's nothing at all.
Almost all people got that update on 10/27/2004.
It's just a mass database update...

Fax Enquiry

My lawyer supposedly sent a fax enquiry and he says he didnt receive a reply. Is that normal? Does an employer's call help at all? I havent heard anything at all , no RFE , nothing since we filed.
