i-140 aproval, son who is now 21. What about i-485 now?

My husband just got his i-140 aprroved ( it took only seven years!!!).Ayway, now our son is 21. How do we go about aplying for i-485?. Can he be included?

It took from 4/6/07 to 12/24/08 .A little bit more than a year and 8 months. My son turned 21 on september 2008.
