I-140 Approvals after transfer from CSC to TSC

140 Approval Papers

Can you guys tell how many days it took for your lawyer/employer to see the real 140 approval papers in mail after you got the approval email?

Did both your lawyer and employer got the papers or just one of them?

7-10 days. My lawyer got the papers, don't know about the employer.
 
HUHO.... I just got the 400-450 days LUD....

Hello everyone,
I am thankful to God and everyone in this great froum, delighted to let you know that My EB1-OR got approved on May 19, 2006. (Sorry for the delayed news, I was away for a vacation).
TSC did a very good job. They are fast. No LUD till approval.
My details are in my signature below.

I have couple of questions for those who already got approved:
1. My H1 visa expires on July 14, 2006. Do I need to apply for an extension? I have EAD work authorization approved upto 02/2007.

2. How long do I have to wait till my 485 gets approved

3. Can I work for another company with my EAD or do I need to apply for new H1 from the new company.

My FP was done on 04/20/06, 485 concurrently file with 140. What's next?

I know that a lot of people in this forum were getting this email message followed by the approval email. I received this email on May 22nd and to date there is still no approval email. Anyone else in same position? Looks like TSC is taking a break after approving a lot of petitions.

I am also in the same boat....after the mail on monday no mail or LUD yet.

May be they took some holiday break ....

By the way, my I-140 RD is Dec. 22 2005. What is yours?

Perm_FAQ waited a long time for his approval. He just recently got it. His RD was Sep. 2005.
