Hi, to all
Yesterday I takled to my friend at Philly. His lawyer filed NIW RD 9/22/05 and OR RD 11/1/05 at VSC. HE has got both approval one at 4/2/05 and other OR 4/25/06. I wonder when he got OR approval on 4/25/06 at that time VSC time processing sheet showing dates for OR 9/25/05. I wonder how his case has been taken earlier than the others.
Similarly another of my friend filed from Philly for NIW at VSC RD 9/15/05, and his case has been transferred to NSC.
Can any one please shed the light how does the immigration officer works at any processing center. If they process the cases randomly than whats the matter for all the dates etc.

Pending I-140/485
I submit my I-140 and 485 on Jan 10, 2006. Submit RFE on April 6, 2006 but have not received approval yet.
When my HR Director called USCIS yesterday (06-22-2006) to check probable reason for delay, She was asked "which country your employee was born?"
There was a big HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM when he was told Pakistan.
I submit my I-140 and 485 on Jan 10, 2006. Submit RFE on April 6, 2006 but have not received approval yet.

New LUD is 6/26/06 but message remain same.
"On April 6, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates."
I can't find what maximum USCIS is talking about? Seems to me infinity.

Today (6/27/06) LUD is updated but message is again same. Two LUD in two days. Lets see if anything happen in next few days.
