Hi All,

My RD is earlier than Darna's but my I-140 application is not touched yet.
Did any body such case earlier!

I have the the Same RD as yours for EB2 I-140 with exact dates on the LUD's.No Response yet from the USCIS..

USCIS status show 'approved' but I haven't received the approval notice.

AD - ? (says approval notice was mailed on 5/12)

Today i received an email from CIS saying my case EB2 I-140 was transferred from VSC to NSC.My RD for I-140 is 01/17/2006.I had seen many cases in this thread with RD much later than Mine going to either NSC or TSC but got the Transfer notice earlier.

Lets see whats going on with CIS at NSC/TSC ..

Any approvals lately for the Transfer cases??

Texas center acknowledgement - Mar 20th 2006.

Did anyone with this scenario get 140 approvals so far? Let me know.

Approval notice should be received by your lawyer with a courtesy copy to your employer. You (beneficiary) do not necessarily receive one.

Hi all,
Yesterday my case I got approved. Now I need to concentrate on using newly approved eb2-140 for my running eb3's I-485 application. Does any body has any idea on this!

My 140 status says..
On May 18, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
What does it mean ? NSC is started processing my application ?


It already got a email on May 5th saying ...
On May 5, 2006, we transferred your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN
WORKER to an office in LINCOLN, NE for processing. Our office in
LINCOLN, NE will send you a written decision as soon as processing is
complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been
transferred to a local office. Please call the National Customer Service
Center at (800) 375-5283 to receive information about local office
processing times.

Does this mean that your RD would be 5/5 and not 1/30?? Even my case got transferred to NSC on 5/17 and my RD on I-140 is 1/17. Dont know whats going on in these service centers..
 
filing time b/w I140 and LC

can anybody please tell me, onces you got approve in perm how much time i can extend in i140 filing afterwords

My case is EB2; Concurrent filing.
I -140 ND 01/17/2006; LUDs 03/06; 05/03; 05/04; 05/05; 05/06.

I have not received yet any transfer notice from Vermont. Online status still shows "Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on January 17, 2006. We mailed you a receipt with..."

Any guess on whats going on at Vermont? :confused:
