I-140 and Immigrant Intent

Hi, I am about to start my GC process. I am thinking of applying for I-140 under the EB1-2 category. Does this mean that I may not be able to renew my TN when it expires in 2011, because of possible immigrant intent?

What if I file I-485 concurrently, does that mean that the door for TN-1 is closed?

And what if the I-140 (and my implication the I-485) is rejected after concurrent filling? Must I have already displayed the immigrant intent?

thanks Nelsona ..it is incredible that you remember ...it is a joy and now I can start my I-140 and eventually AOS.
