I-140/485 Concurrent Pilot Program Eligibility

Here are my case details.

RD: 04/29/2004
ND: 05/06/2004
Fingerprint notice received on 06/01/2004 for 06/12/2004.
 
Hi,

When you guys get fingerprint notices, does your USCIS.gov status change to something like fingerprint notice issued?

I 485 RD is March 31 2004 but no FP news yet.
 
There is no change in status when the fingerprint notice is issued. Are you a concurrent filer? What is your EB category?
 
Thanks nandpc. I am one of those semi-concurrent. 140 in Dec 2003 and 485 in March 2004. My lawyer told me 485 was filed as concurrent. And I am EB2.

So I need to look out for the mail. The notice comes to me and not the lawyer right?

My case is similar to yours and I have received the Finger Printing notice on 05/28/2004 and the schedule is on 06/22/2004 @ portland, OREGON. I think you should be getting your's soon.
