I-140/485 Applied In December 2004

My I140-I485 RD is 12-02-04.
No LUD/decision yet on the case.
My Lawyers made inquries and the response for I140 is " I 140 will be requested from File room for review"
Respose for I485 is "File was just moved to Adjudications area and response should be provided in 45 days"
Iniqury response was very fast i.e Firday evening inquiry was sent and Monday morning we got the feedback.

Thanks for sharing the info. Just curious how CSC responded to the inquiry ? Was it a phone call or snail response ? I called for my I-140 and the CSC representative refused to provide any info and asked me to have my attorney or employer call them. My lawyer called CSC on 05/27 but have not heard anything yet. Do they call us or the employer/attorney ? My employer would not share any info. Is there any other way to get the info ?

My understanding is - she can as long as she has EAD and applied for SSN.

Online update issue
Hi,
This info may be useful for any one in this situation. I was not getting any updates for my cases online or emails. Even after I received the approval notices and stamped. Two days back, I went to online and the message still show that "finger results received and processing resumed" and etc. I did email option off and on. Yesterday I received an update that my card has been ordered.
If any one is not getting emails or no change in online message may try this option. I guess removing and adding a case should also have same effect.

Name check pending...
I called service center yesterday enquiring about my 485 application.
The customer representative was very nice and he asked for my 'A' no.
He did not verify that my application RD is not beyond 30 days from JIT date.
I did not have my alien no, but gave him my WAC no.
He looked up the case and said my case is pending FBI name check
So now I am in the hell of name check pending......
Dont know when it will really be through.
I saw an LUD on my 485 today. This was due to the enquiry I made yesterday.
