Hello all,
Congratulations to all who got approvals... hope you get 485 approvals as well (if you haven't got it yet). As far as me, I haven't had any luck yet... Looks like many people after my filing date have already got approvals... so not sure whats happening to my case... maybe its gone into that black-hole called "name check" or "detailed review" :-( Kinda depressed today.. My original labor filed ~3 yrs back is still sitting in the backlog reduction center.... 3 yrs with no concrete result and no end in
sight.... can be taxing... I don't know if this is all worth it ..
I would appreciate any advice that those of you who have got approvals can give me ... Did you or your lawyer call the emergency number ... ??

140 Approved 485 pending - any idea on final word

Hello "140 Approved 485 pending group"

Any guess about when to expect 485 approval (if priority data is not an issue) ?

I am with you man, in the same boat. Dec 6 RD for 140, dont know
whats happening. I see no movement on my 140 app.
We cant call the emergency number until the JIT date have advanced
30 days from our RD.

Online update is working?

Hi All,

If you are checking online for update, well that may not give you correct status. If other two cases and mine is of any indication, online status does not change even today after a week of 485 approval ND.
I don't know if there is any other means of checking status but don't completely depend on online status.

Yes... You are !!!

Yes.. You are absolutely correct .. Even my I140 , AP/EAD online message did not change even after its approval. Thats strange .... :confused:

Form A only or both A & B

Hi,

I have my own approved LC, EB3. Someone said submit 750A only if your own labor when filing 140/485, if substitute, submit both A & B. I called my lawyer he said he has submitted both A & B. Who is right?
 
No New processing dates from CSC today :(

I thought that CSC would be publishing new processing dates today since it has been 15 dats since they were last updated.

But They have not changed anything yet. Looks like they are now slacking after processing pretty fast for the past 2-3 months.

My 140 and 485 ND is 12/20...so want CSC to publish new dates fast. Although I do see that some of the cases around and after 12/20 have already been processed.
 
waiting for approvice notice mail

On-Line status said approved for both 140 and 485 on 5/5/2005 if don't receive notice in 14 days call them but I haven't receive approvice notice mail yet. Anyone in the same situation? I call CSC and they said I have to wait 30 days instead of 14 days.

My wife was the primary applicant. She got email from her lawyer saying her 140 was approved. No online status update yet.

140/485 concurrently filed on 12/10/04, ND 12/28/04. Fingerprint on 02/08/05. No RFEs. waiting for 485.

seems now we can not even rely on online status update, one more uncertainity in the GC path ...
