"On May 10, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Any idea when I can go to local INS office for interim EAD/FP? Do I need to wait till my 140 amendment gets approved?

Dec 15th I140 and I485 (EB2) got approved

My I140 and I485 and spouse I485 got approved on 13th. Cause status has been updated today morning. I wish good lock to everyone.

Cause details:
Labor filed on 07/18/2001
Labor approved on 10/30/2004

I140 and I485 (EB2)send on 12/8/2004 and Notification date is 12/15/2004

Finger prints on 01/08/2005.
EAD/AP approved on 2/15/2005 and 2/16/2005

LUD on I140: 12/16/2004 and 5/16/2005. No LUD in between initial and approval LUD. Approved on 13th May. LUD on 5/16/2005.

LUD on 485 (for me and wife): LUD on 12/16/2004, 1/12/2005 (Received fingerprint results), 04/18/2005 (No change of message) and 05/16/2005 (approved)

Congrats to all those who got approvals today!!!
My RD for 140 is Dec 6th and the last LUD I had was on 5/10/2005.
But no approval yet. Whats going on , anyone has an idea?
I am seeing people with RD of 12/21 & 12/26 gettting approvals
 
Received 485 Approvals in mail without LUD on 485 or 140

Hi All,
Today I received 485 approval notices for wife, kid and self in USPS. My online status did not change on 140 or 485 on any of the applications. I140 still shows same message about processing time. Notice date on approvals in 5/11.
Not sure if the this is good news. Any one is in similar situation?

couple of LUD for 485 related finger printing and last LUD w/o message was 4/20.

AC21 180 Days from RD or ND of 485 ?

Hi Gurus,

is it RD or ND which should be considered in counting 180 days for 485 filing if someone wants to use AC21?

according to my lawyer, ND is the date which they use to count 180 days period. Others please correct me if i am wrong.

Hi all,

My lawyer just sent me an e-mail that my I140 got approved. I have checked the status in the website and the status hasn't changed yet. May be it takes few days for the website to get the latest updates. But I believe my lawyer.

Lawyer also mentioned that my I485 hasn't yet approved, but the case is already assigned. May be, I will get a good news on that soon.

I got RFE last week for previous exp. letter. Does CIS require your current exp.letter or previous exp. letter. If for previous exp/ letter, did you or your attorney submit it or not?

sent the RFE in feb 2005.

still got no response
