Not sure what's my RD (12/22/2005?) but ND on 485 is 12/29/2005. I got case approved update on my 140 and 485. Waiting for my wife's 485.

140/485 Message (Same message): This case has been approved. On May 5, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address ........

when can I get the iEAD/iFP after 140 RFE response?

My 140 rfe was responded. The 140 status says:
"On May 10, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Any idea when I can go to local INS office for interim EAD/FP? Do I need to wait till my 140 amendment gets approved?

I485/EAD/AP RD 1/28, ND 2/1 LUD 03/15 (spouse LUD 3/11)
biometric/FP notice 2/17 done 3/5
interim EAD/FP tried on 05/02, refused for unresponded 140 RFE

I could see LUD's on 5/11/05 on my I140 and my dependent's I485.
No lud change on my I485. No message change.

Waiting with fingers crossed.

May I know What company has filed the Sub labor GC for you ?Iam asking this cause there are some guys who are facing issues with RFE/140 denials with one perticular company.

why are the cases not moving as fastas before ?

I wonder why after May 3rd, the processing has kind of slowed down? I doubt if the meeting that someone mentioned previously can be the reason.

I hope CSC has not come up with some new stupid idea which would translate into slower processing and lots of RFEs :(

BTW, is someone tracking I-140 series 05052xxxxx ??
