I-140/485 Applied In December 2004

There was no LUD change on 140 for me before approval, however there was LUD change for I-485 on 04/07/2005. Lets see when I get 485 approval e-mails....eagerly waiting for them....;)

Losing current project

Hi Everyone,

First , congrats to those who got I-140 approvals .

I learnt that beacause of cost cutting, I am being asked to leave by middle of may by my client . RD for I-140/485 is Dec 22 , ND wil be a few days later , have to check, EAD AP date Feb22 , got it within 1 week.

now can I use my EAD for future employmnet or not ? what are the repurcusssion ?

can my spouse use it her EAD if she looks for some jobs, currently homemaker?

Good point and I second you. Also I'd like to raise one question. Recently several people got LUD on their 140 with no message change. Anyone can explain this, good or bad? At least, I know other 2 got 140 LUDs this week with the same ND (12/01/2004) as mine.
