I-134

I am a veterinarian (DVM) But I have to get an accredit through accreditation tests and It takes a lot of time!
I think my funds can support me for one year in USA. But I prefer to find a US citizen to support me( just for reducing risk!)
By the way, thank you all for your helpfull posts! And pray for me.

That is very honest:)....you have money but you want some one else to take the fall in case you won't have money and/or use it all....so USCIS has to go after the sponsor and not you....

:eek::rolleyes:

Hey guys, I have a friend who is ready to sponsor me. She has printed the I-134 and even filled it. She says there is no part in the instructions that states that she should add her tax returns/transcript for the past 3 years.She says that is only required if the one sponsoring you is self employed. she however says she would get me a letter from her employers detailing her job history. I have read on several threads on this forum of how tax returns/transcripts are requested at the embassy. Now my question is how do I proove to her that the tax return/transcripts are required. Please help me out guys

See the instructions for I-134. It has two requirement if you are not self employed. 1) Bank letter for the sponsor mentioning when the account was opened, how much money deposited over the last year, and present balance. 2) Employer letter on company letterhead mentioning the nature of the job, salary and if the position is temporary or permanent.
