I-134 or Sponsorship letter

Seeking help Urgently

Do I need to submit I-134 form as a sponsor for my parents or Can I write a Notorised sponsorship letter instead? I anyway will be submitting the proof of employment, W2, Bank statement.

Which one should I be doing?

PLEASE HELP!
 
U need to submit the I 134 Form along with the following documents.
1) Birth Certificate
2) Employment letter
3) Pay stubs
4) Tax returns
5) Proof of residency
5) 3 months Bank statement
