I-131 (re-entry permit) 2 questions

Hello, ladies and gentlemen!

I am completing the I-131 for re-entry permit, and couldn't quite understand 2 things:
1. Whats Class of admission ?
2. What do I do with expired re-entry permit? Should I attach it to the application, so the USCIS can dispose of it?

Please advise!!!

---------- how did you last enter US? if on H1 write H1 if on Geen Card write Green card, if on reentry write on Reentry. if space is less write the item# on cover letter and explain, sign the letter with your name, A#, DOB and date.

2. What do I do with expired re-entry permit? Should I attach it to the application, so the USCIS can dispose of it?
------------I dont know. read the instructions or attach the copy of rerentry permit

how did you last enter US? if on H1 write H1 if on Geen Card write Green card, if on reentry write on Reentry. if space is less write the item# on cover letter and explain, sign the letter with your name, A#, DOB and date.

Originally entered with J-1, got a green card through the marriage. Does it mean I have to enter J-1 or Permanent Resident?

------------ if your last entry to US was on J-1 write J-1 if entred with GC write Permanent Resident
