I-130 transfer trouble..any advise plz..

Guys,
My Story is I am naturalized USC based on marriage. I had a very rough immigration battle with my ex wife and we were scrutinized to the max, just to give an idea.
I was naturalized on 06/12/2009, married 03/04/2004.
My Ex wife was diagnosed with heart anurism and which could have been proved terminal. She filed for divorce in August that was finalized on 01/11/2010. The divorce process was simple and i didn't contest or had any disputes.
I re married on 12/24/2010 and filed I-130 for my wife with priority date of 02/22/2011. The case is now processed in local office where my AOS was also processed. After 5 months passed, i contacted the senators offices to get help and finally recieved RFE for evidence. I realized that i had only submitted marriage license and no evidences. I have submitted a packages of evidences delivered on 09/13/2011 & 9/29. I also requested an expedite on basis of my wife's miscarriage in June. I am still waiting. I realized that part of the reason may be my immigration history/divorce. I have good terms with my ex wife and also submitted a letter from her to explain the reason of divorce to help. The congressman's office informed me that the local office Director will be scheduling an interview in next couple of weeks. ANy ideas of what i expect in future. Another fierce immigration battle? Please and thanks for any advise..

Your naturalization is being scrutinized because you got divorced so quickly after naturalizing based on that marriage. I guess this based on your dates of marriage and naturalization. It should have taken 6 months to a year to get a greencard and 3 to 6 months to go through the naturalization process so, there was not enough time to file an N-400 based on 5 yrs residence.

Be objective, what does it look like to you?

Well the naturalization was based on 3 years of residence married to US citizen. I don't know how much the reasons for divorce matter to USCIS but has been explained by my ex wife. Don't know if it gives me any ground that she petitioned for divorce after 5 and half years of marriage. However, my purpose of the thread is to get similar experiences or suggestions? thx
