Hi,

I am a US Citizen and wanted to apply for Green Card for my Sisters residing in India.

First of all - what are the documents that need to be submitted with the application?

- I beleive i can only apply for my sister and then when the time for I-485 arrives - the whole family can apply together (sons/daughter below the age of 18) for immigration?
- Can i file I-130 for both sisters simultaneously?
- The Birth Certificate does not list the correct names of my sisters.
Can an Affadavit from parents suffice in this case?
- One of my sisters name has changed after marriage - What documents do we need for that?
- The full names (actually last and middle) names of the sisters have changed after marriage - Should i put maiden names or current names in the application?

Please advice and Thanks for your time

since your sister resides in India, there won't be I-485 to be filed (unless they happen to be in the US in 14-20 years when their priority date becomes current. Children under 21 will definitely be eligible as derivatives, some children over 21 may be eligible if they didn't age out.

All of the supporting documents you need to submit are fully described in the instructions to I-130.

- Can i file I-130 for both sisters simultaneously?
yes

- The Birth Certificate does not list the correct names of my sisters.
get it corrected

Should i put maiden names or current names in the application?
current names, of course.

Another question -

One of my sister's husband has a 10-year business visa and comes here often for 3-4 day visit couple of times to US for business.
Will applying GC for my sister effect his visits? future visits? or future visa applications once his 10-year visa has expired?

yes, applying for a GC may negatively affect her future visits/applications for non-immigrant visas.

But i think we will be applying only for my sister - Should it effect her husband's travel on Business visa to US?
