These forms never seem to amaze me. It can't be that difficult and yet I am struggling with what USCIS wants.

In question 21, they ask if filing for your husband and wife... I presume if I am filing for my parents this is N/A???

In question 22, for applying for adjustment of status, I presume it's going to be Chicago since I am sending both 130 and 485 together or is there a different service office for Nevada where my parents live?

Thank you!

Guidance I found so far:

Petitiion I-130
Where to File: A petitioner residing in the United States should file Form I-130 at the Service Center with jurisdiction over the petitioner's place of residence.

Petition I-485
Where to File:
Effective December 1, 2004, if you live in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, as well as the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands of the United States, you will need to mail your application to:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

Or, for non-United States Postal Service (USPS) deliveries (e.g. private couriers)

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Attn: FBASI
427 S. LaSalle √ 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60605-1098

If you live in any other state than those listed above, file your Form I-485 at your local USCIS Office (except if you are in the Baltimore District - then file at the Vermont Service Center.) NOTE: Some offices accept Form I-485 only by mail. Please check with your local USCIS Office for local filing procedures.

I-130 should be send to California service center.
To file both forms concurrently the beneficiary should reside in US.
And again –> CSC, since the Chicago box is only for the east coast applicants.

Based on above, I presume it's chicago and not just close by district office or suboffice?

you will mail both forms to

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

You leave q. 21 blank, or you may write N/A in it.

Q.22
There are two offices in Nevada:
Nevada - Las Vegas Sub Office
Nevada - Reno Sub Office

offices in NV

your parents may be able to get their AOS adjudicated in one of these offices, or they may need to find out what the closest Distric office is where I-485 are adjudicated.

LucyMo - thank you for the reply. I guess that was my concern. Whether I can just put Las Vegas or do I need to figure out where the district office is located. I don't want to put Chicago in case all the interviews for my parents are scheduled in Chicago rather than Nevada!

According to some of the guidance here, it makes it sound like it should be Chicago!?

But here, it sounds like California?!?
