I-130 process

Hi

I am an UK resident married to an US.
My husband is going to start filing the I-130 to start up the process for me to move to the States with him.

Is my husband allowed to come and stay in the UK with me while we wait for the I-130 to be processed and while we wait for the K3 visa interview?

Basically, we don't want to stay apart so long, as it seems the process may take up to 8 months!

He should be able to get a six month visitor's status in the UK. You should be able to sponsor him for UK spousal resident status too if you want to.
